Resumen

Highlights • The lag of accommodative response while performing a 10-min attention task is insensitive to caffeine intake. • A single dose of caffeine induces a more stable accommodative response in high caffeine consumers. • Caffeine's effects on the dynamics of ocular accommodation are subject to tolerance.
