In this order of ideas, a documentary record has been made in which the causes and social, economic and legal consequences revolving around the controversial Boeing 737 MAX 8 model, which stands out as the aircraft that, in two different accidents, caused the death of 346 human lives. Thus, the objective of the research work focuses on how Boeing handles the adverse situation both internally, with its labor departments and work teams, and externally, with its suppliers, customers and the families of those who lost their lives. At the same time, emphasis is placed on how Boeing continues to move forward, despite economic losses, legal challenges and social rejection by society at large.
